摘要 实施学分制是高校教育体制的一场深刻革命,它必然使高校的各项工作呈现新情况和新特点,给高校精神文明建设工作带来前所未有的冲击和挑战。学分制条件下,高校精神文明建设的主体———学生发生了新变化,对教师提出了更高要求;精神文明建设活动的重要载体———班级发生了新变化,精神文明创建活动的难度增大。此外,学分制的实施,使高校精神文明建设的传统机制存在诸多不适应,重视并加强精神文明建设,特别是提高大学生的人文素质,显得特别重要和迫切。 This system insists on the principle of “people first ”, and pays attention to develop student's individual character. Implementing the credit system is a great revolution in college education, which would promote the works in the university and bring unprecedented impact and challenge to building up the spiritual civilization. Under the credit system terms, the university students, who are the main body of the construction of spiritual civilization, have had new change. They propose high demand to teachers. Besides, the new change has taken place to the class, which is considered as the important carrier in the construction of spiritual civilization. We are facing increased difficulties. In addition, implementing the credit system makes the traditional mechanism of constructing spiritual civilization incompatibility. Thus, it is very important and urgent to promote cultural and ideological progress, especially to improve university students' quality.
