摘要
在知识经济时代,最根本的变化是资金让位于知识和智力,智力将成为最宝贵的资源和最重要的资本,经济的增长更直接地取决于对智力资本的投资和智力资本的运作。智力资本的形成、积累、运作对于区域经济发展和提升地区经济竞争力水平将产生更加深远的影响。
Knowledge and intelligence will take the place of capital is the key change in the intellectual time, which will become the most precious resource and capital. The economical development will depend more deeply on the investment and management of intellectual capital. So, in the 21 century, the making, accumulating and controlling of capital will produce greater influence on the regional economical development and will surely improve the competitive power of the region.
