Programme Development and Teaching staff Training in Tertiary Institutes

学科建设和教师队伍建设是高校的两项主要工作,二者是相互关联的,从一定的意义上说,高校教师队伍建设的基本任务和目标,就是要努力适应和满足学科建设的需要。要自觉地树立教师队伍建设为学科建设服务的理念,注重研究和尊重学科建设的特点与规律,努力实现教师队伍建设观念、体制和机制的变革与创新。

Programme development and teaching staff training are two principal tasks in tertiary institutes. To some extent, both are related to each other, with staff training aiming to meet the needs of progarmme development. We are supposed to establish the concept that teaching staff training promotes programme development. Importance should be attached to the study of characteristics and laws of progrmme development Efforts should be made to reform and innovate the machenism and institutions for the teaching staff training.
