摘要
用乙醇提取法,研究了乙醇的浓度、回流的时间、提取的温度、提取剂的用量、提取次数和粉碎程度对槲蕨根茎中黄酮类化合物提取率的影响。试验结果表明:烘干粉碎的槲蕨根茎用60%的乙醇、在75℃恒温水浴锅上回流时间为2h提取效果最佳。
In this paper we studied the affect factor of alcohol concentration, distill time, temperature, dosage of solvent, times and size about alcohol extracting： The results indicate： optimization technics is that alcohol concentration is 60 % and temperature is 75℃ and distill time is 2h.
