摘要
当前我国工程管理存在的主要问题有:一是对项目的目标定位、具体责任人不明确;二是对设计阶段的投资控制和风险管理认识不足,质量保证体系不健全;三是重技术因素,轻管理因素等。解决这些问题的对策是:一是建立全过程、全方位的工程管理和监督体系,重视前期工作;二是采用计算机辅助手段,对工程项目实行动态控制;三是强化合同管理,通过组织手段、管理手段、经济手段、技术手段实现工程项目总目标。
At present, there lie a lot of problems in the engineering management in our coun try, such as the inexplicit objection orientation of the project, the inexplicit specific person who is responsible, no full knowledge of the investment control and risk management of the design phase, no an amplify and necessary quality guarantee system, paying too much attention to the technology and belittling the management. In order to solve the problems, the whole - proless and omni bearing project management and supervision system must be set up. People should also pay attention to the work for the preview, take computers at the assistant method, make the development control of the construction project, strengthen the contract management and then try to realize the general object of the construction project through the method of organization, management, economy and technology.
