摘要
作者在广州市某旅行社进行了一次实证研究,探讨了员工心理受权的组成成分及其与组织公正性、感觉中的企业支持、工作满意感、工作绩效之间的关系。数据分析结果表明:员工心理受权是由工作意义、工作能力、自主决策权、工作影响力4个成分组成;组织公正性和感觉中的企业支持对员工心理受权有直接的影响;员工心理受权对员工的工作满意感和工作绩效有直接的影响。
The current study investigated the relationship between organizational justice, perceived organizational suppoort and employee psychological empowerment for learning the role of psychological empowerment in human resource management. The data was gathered from one travel agency employees in Guangzhou. The results of this study showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between organizational justice, perceived organizational support and psychological empowerment. It also found that psychological empowerment played a important roles in explainiag employee job satisfaction and job effectiveness.
