摘要
介绍了行动研究这一新研究方法与工作理念的定义与内涵,论述了行动研究对护理教育的意义,以及行动研究对护生核心能力培养、护理教学方法改进、护理教育评估体系建立与课程改革四方面的启示意义。
The definition and connotation of action research were introduced. The significance of action research on nursing education was discussed. The enlightenment of action research was discussed based on 4 aspects ： the training on core competence of nurse students, the improvement of teaching method,the constitution of evaluation system, and the curriculum reform in nursing education.
