2000-2004年顺德区食品卫生行政处罚情况分析

为提高顺德区食品卫生执法水平,作者对2000-2004年顺德区食品卫生行政处罚案例进行了分析,结果显示近年食品卫生监督执法力度得到加大,重点对擅自扩大生产经营方式、卫生许可证过期和从业人员无健康证从事食品生产经营的单位进行了处罚。建议强化政府食品卫生监督管理、建立健全卫生监督体系,加大《食品卫生法》执法力度,加强依法行政。

In order to improve the capability of enforcing the law of the food hygiene of Shunde district, this arfide has analysed the food hygiene administrative penalty cases of Shunde district during 2000- 2004 year, the result shows the law enforcement are being strengthened in recent years, especially in term of penalties of expandation of operation type without permission, overdue hygiene license and engaging in food production without health certificate. Food hygiene inspection should be strengthened, and more efforts should be devoted to enforcing the Food Hygiene Law.
