PEM燃料电池气体扩散亚层的研究进展

摘要 在催化层和扩散层之间加入的扩散亚层能够减小催化层的水饱和度,优化扩散层中的水和气传输。对扩散亚层中的水传输机理、研究现状进行了综述,在研究现状中主要对导电碳黑的载量、PTFE(polytetrafluoroethylene)的含量和孔结构进行了阐述,并提出了研究中存在的问题。同时对扩散亚层最佳物理参数的理论模拟进行了综述,提出了扩散亚层制作改进的方面。 The sublayer sandwiched between gas diffusion layer (GDL) and catalyst layer can reduce water saturation in the catalyst layer and optimize gas and water transport. In this paper, the mechanism of water transport in the sublayer and current research status of sublayer were summarized. The loading of electric carbon powder, PTFE content and pore construction were expatiated. In the meantime, existent problems were pointed out. Optimum value of such parameters as thickness, porosity and contact angle of sublayer were simulated. Some improvement in preparation of sublayer was investigated.
