摘要 角膜缘干细胞是角膜上皮再生的源泉,属成体干细胞,有其独特的生物学特性。角膜缘干细胞标志物的确立,对于建立规范的角膜缘干细胞分离纯化和培养方法、进一步研究其生物学特性起着决定性的作用。通过查阅国内外文献资料,对角膜缘干细胞标志物的最新研究进展作一综述。 Limbal stem cells (LSCs), one kind of the adult stem cell, are the source for the cell that make up the corneal epithelium and have unique biological properties. The establishment of LSCs markers will greatly facilitate the identification and isolation of LSCs, which will definitely lead us to a better understanding of the cells. To date, there is no single protein or group of proteins that have been characterized to serve as a markers for the LSCs. Available literature on LSCs marker researches, some of the latest progress are discussed in this review.
