对春季卡他性角结膜炎联合用药的治疗观察

Effect of the combined treatment on vernal catarrhal keratoconjunctivitis

目的:探讨组胺H1受体拮抗剂联合治疗春季卡他性角结膜炎的疗效。方法:口服仙特敏片,外滴10g/L苯海拉明眼液治疗患者30例,其中睑结膜型16例,混合型7例,角膜缘型6例,角膜溃疡1例。结果:2个疗程痊愈者18例,占60%,3￣4个疗程者6例,占20%,4个疗程以上者4例,占13%。总治愈率93%。结论:联合用药治疗春季卡他性角结膜炎疗效较好,作用迅速,易接受。

AIM： To study the effect of Hi-receptor-blocking drugs on the treatment of vernal catarrhal keratoconjunctivitis. METHODS： Thirty patients including 16 cases with conjunctivitis, 7 cases with mixed conjunctivitis, 6 cases with kerato-conjunctivitis and 1 case with cornea ulcer were treated with the oral administration of Xiantemin tablets combined with 10g/L Diphenhydramine eyen drop. RESULTS： Eighteen patients （60%） were cured after 2 courses of treatments, 6 cases （20%） were cured after 4 courses, 4 cases （13%） were cured after more than 4 courses. The mean cure rate was 93%. CONCLUSION： The combined therapy is effective on the treatment of vernal catarrhal kera-conjujctivitis, which produce a rapid effect and is easily for the patients to accept.
