摘要
针对高职院校人才队伍建设问题,通过对既往管理行为的反思,根据“柔性管理”理论,解读人本管理思想内涵,以“柔”的原则与“软”的控制,建立创新的人才培养机制。在形成和实施科学的人才管理制度上,充分考虑人的精神和情感因素,使人才管理工作达到新的境界。
