The supervision power of democracy system relies on the democracy rights of citizens. In order to promote the administration supervision, consciousness of rights must be reinforced. The article points out that the deficiency in effectiveness of the administration supervision system of our country. Only if supervision system of our country is built on the basis of the development of democracy system, its effectiveness could be boosted up further.
