小城镇发展在中国城市化道路中的作用与问题

On the Function and Problems of the Small Town Development in Moving towards the Urbanization with Chinese Characteristics

城市化是经济增长的火车头,城市的成功就是国家的成功.文章分析了国内外城市化发展道路的理论,提出我国的城市化道路应有中国特色,其关键是有重点地发展小城镇. 最后文章分析了河南省中原城市群中,小城镇发展的作用及存在的问题,并提出了相应对策.

Urbanization is the locomotive of the economic growth, and successful urbanization is a national triumph. After analyzing the domestic and international theories on urban development, this paper has put forward that our country should move towards the urbanization with Chinese characteristics. The key is to stress the development of small townships. The paper is finished with an analysis of functions and existent problem in the small township development in the central plain cities in Henan, and put forward the correspond countermeasures.
