摘要
目的为探讨妊娠子宫破裂的超声诊断价值,对我院收治的11例上述患者资料进行了回顾性分析。方法11例妊娠子宫破裂患者,年龄25～38岁,平均29岁。使用AlokaSSD-1200与1400型超声诊断仪,探头频率3.5～3.7MHz。所有患者均经手术证实。结果妊娠子宫完全性破裂9例,妊娠子宫不完全性破裂2例中超声误诊1例,超声诊断符合率为90.9%。结论在妊娠子宫破裂的病例中,应用超声不仅可明确有无穿孔、穿孔的部位、大小以及腹腔积液的情况,超声作为一种无创伤性检查方法,对诊断妊娠子宫破裂有很高的特异性,为临床诊断及治疗提供较可靠的信息。
Objective In order to explare the ultrasonic diagnosic value for the rupture of the pregnant uterus, we retrospectively analyzed 11 patients with above diease admitted at our hospital. Methods The 11 patients were aged 25 38,average 29, Aloka SSD-1200 and 1400 ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus equipped with 3.5 3.7 MHz probe were used in all cases proved by operation. Results Complete ruptures of the pregnant uterus were in 9 cases, imcomplet rupture, 2 cases; one was misdiagnosed as histeromyoma and the diagnostic accuracy rate of ultrasound was 90, 9~, Conclusions On ultrasonography, we can directly and rapidly determine the presence, position, size of the rupture and abdominal hydrops. Ultrasound is a noninvasive diagnostic method which can afford reliable and special informations for clinical diagnosis and treatment of pregnant uterinc ruptures.
