摘要 目的观察不同浓度尿酸对血小板功能的影响及阿斯匹林的干预结果。方法30例男性健康自愿者,选用玻珠柱、比浊及ELISA法,于体外测定尿酸作用下血小板粘附率(PAdT)、血小板聚集率(PAgT)、β血小板球蛋白(βTG)及血小板第4因子(PF4),采用自身对照,同时进行阿斯匹林干预前后PAgT结果对比分析。结果在同一浓度尿酸作用下,βTG、PF4随作用时间延长而升高,PAdT及PAgT则降低(P<0.05);在不同浓度尿酸作用相同时间下,PAdT、PAgT、βTG、PF4随尿酸浓度升高而增高(P<0.05);阿斯匹林干预后较干预前PAgT降低(P<0.01)。结论尿酸浓度影响血小板粘附、聚集及释放功能,阿斯匹林可抑制血小板聚集功能。 Objeetive To study the effect of different concentration of uricacid on the function of platelet and the results of APC intervene. Methods The platelet adhension(PAdT),platelet aggregation(PAgT), β-thromboglobulin (βTG) and platelet factor4 (PF4) were detected in 30 health males by glass bead column analysis,specific turbid analysis and ELISA to determine the effects of uricacid on them and PAgT was detected after APC were taken by the same persons a-bove. Results Compared with normal controls,the level of βTG and PF4 was higher(P〈0.05), but PAdT and PAgT was lower (P〈0.05) after the PRP with long-term effects of urieaeid. When the uricacid concentration was higher, the levels of PAdT,PAgT,βTG and PF4 were higher. The level of PAgT was lower with APC intervene than before. Conclusion The uricacid,with concentration-depend,affect function of platelet adhension, platelet aggregation and platelet release and APC inhibit platelet aggregation.
