单枚cage后路腰椎椎体间融合术治疗腰椎失稳

Treatment of Unstable Lumbar Vertebrae by Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion with Single Cage

目的探讨单枚cage后路腰椎椎体间融合术治疗腰椎失稳的应用价值.方法运用单枚cage后路腰椎椎体间融合术治疗腰椎失稳27例,其中腰椎间盘突出症并失稳10例,腰椎间盘突出症行椎板减压术后腰椎失稳3例,退行性腰椎滑脱症5例,Ⅰ度峡部裂腰椎滑脱症5例,Ⅱ度峡部裂腰椎滑脱症4例.结果术后随访6～24个月,临床疗效优良率92.6%,植骨融合率占100%,短时神经功能障碍1例.结论单枚cage后路腰椎椎体间融合术是治疗腰椎失稳的简单、安全、经济、有效的方法.

Objective To evaluate the treatment of posterior lumbar interbody fusion with single cage. Methods Posterior lumbar interbody fusion with single cage were performed in 27 patients with chronic low back pain. Results After followed-up for 6-24 months, preoperative symptoms of all the 27 patients were significantly improved. The clinical effective rate and bone union rate were 92.6% and 100% respectively. One patient was complicated with a transient dysfunction of peripheral nerves. Conclusion The treatment of PLIF with a single fusion cage has been found to be an effective safe, easy and economic technique to treat lumbar degenerative spondylolithesis or instability.
