声学定量技术评价二尖瓣狭窄治疗前后右室功能的变化

Evaluation of Right Ventricular Function of the Patients with Mitral Stenosis Using Acoustic Quantification Technique before and after Therapy

目的应用超声声学定量(acoustic quantijication,AQ)技术评价二尖瓣狭窄治疗前后右室功能的变化。方法应用AQ技术对115例风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄患者行闭式二尖瓣分离术、球囊导管扩张术、二尖瓣置换术前后右室参数进行测量。结果治疗后右室容量指标均明显降低,收缩及舒张功能显著提高(P<0.05)。结论声学定量技术能有效地观察测量二尖瓣狭窄治疗前后右室功能的变化,为临床提供判断疗效的依据。

Objective To evaluate the value of acoustic quantification technique in assessment of right ventricular（RV） function in patients with mitral stenosis. Methods One hundred and fifteen patients with mitral stenosis were studied using AQ technique. Results In AQ indices,the volume indices of RV： RV end-diastolic volume （RVEDV）, RV end-systolic volume （RVESV）, end-rapid filling volume（ERFV） and onset-atrium filling volume （OAFV） in mitral stenosis group were decreased after treatment（P〈0.05）. The systolic function indices of RV： RV ejection fraction（RVEF）were increased and diastolic function indices of RV.Total filling（TF）, peak rapid filling rate（PRFR）and PRFR/PAFR（Peak atrial filling rate PAFR）were increased too after the procedure（P〈0.05）. Conclution The increased volume and decreased systolic function and diastolic function of RV may be accurately reflected by AQ technique（P〈0.05）.
