榄香烯乳联合化疗药物肝动脉介入治疗中晚期肝癌

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Transcatheter Arterial Infusion Chemotherapy Combined with Elemene Emulsion for the Treatment Intermediate and Late Stage Hepatic Carcinoma

目的探讨榄香烯乳联合化疗药物肝动脉灌注治疗中晚期肝癌的疗效。方法肝癌患者62例,分两组进行治疗。经肝动脉灌注化疗或栓塞(TAI或TAE),为对照组(n=32);榄香烯乳联合化疗药物持动脉灌注组,为治疗组(n=30)。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论榄香烯乳具有提高机体免疫功能,改善生存质量的作用,值得在肝癌介入治疗中应用和进一步探讨。

Objective To Study the therapeutic effect of transcatheter arterial infusion chemotherapy（TAI） combined with elemene emulsion for intermediate and late stage hepatic carcinoma. Methods Sixty-two patients with hepatic carcinoma were divided into two groups. In group A,32 patients treated with TAI,and in group B, 30 patients were treated with TAI combined with element emulsion. Results The therapeutic effect of TAI combined with element emulsion was much better than that of TAI alone（P〈0.01）. Conclusion element emulsion can enhance individual immunity and improve quality of life in the patients with hepatic carcinoma（P〈0.01）. Element emulsion combined chemotherapy by hepatic artery apply for patients with hepatic carcinoma maybe worth researching for the future.
