冷战后缅甸与印度两国关系经历了从互相批评、敌视到互相接近并合作的转变过程。新世纪以来,缅甸与印度的关系迅速升温,两国高层互访增多,缅印迅速“接近”。缅印两国关系由冷转热、相互“接近”的原因何在?文章从地缘政治、地缘经济、外交、军事、非传统安全等角度对两者“接近”作了简要分析。

After the Cold War, the relationship between Burma and India has transformed from mutual criticism and hostility to cooperation. Since the new century, their relationship has deepened fast, and the visit between the leaders of these two countries has became frequent. Why does the relationship between Burma and India transform from the hostility to cooperation？ Why do these two countries become “near”to each other？ The thesis will analyze the reason briefly from the perspective of geographic politic, geographic economy, diplomacy, military affairs, non- traditional security and so on.
