The content and the characteristics of Confucian morality are systematically expatiated in the paper. Based on that, it further discusses the universual Confucian values and relates this Chinese traditional culture to the moral development of college students, taking Confucianism as resources of moral development of contemporary college students and trying to apply it to contemperary education.
