Handie Students Administration With Respect to Humanity

分析了当前高校学生工作的现状和存在的问题,提出了新时期高校学生工作要转变观念,应突出以人为本的教育理念,不断强化学生主体意识,建立以教育服务为中心,充分体现人文关怀的管理机制,尊重学生的自主意识,引导学生进行自我教育、自我管理、自我服务等在新形势下有效开展学生工作的具体对策。

This paper analyzes the existing problems in current students administration, and the idea to highlight humanity in students administration. We must strengthen our awareness of students as subjectivity and establish administrative mechanism which centers on educational service, and show human concerns for students and reflect legal principles. The students＇ sense of independence should be respected so that they conduct self- education, self- administration and self- service. Facing the new condition, the article provides many specific countermeasures so that students administration can be efficiently carried out.
