The Present Situation of the Construction of Counseling Team in Honghe University and Proposed Methods to Deal with the Problems

通过对红河学院辅导员队伍建设现状的分析,探讨其存在问题的原因并提出确立岗位优势;建立严格科学的选留制度;加强教育培训;提高辅导员的理论业务水平等对策。

Based on the analysis of the present situation of counseling team constructing in Honghe College, this article discusses the problems in counseling team building and presents some suggestions on how to strengthen the counseling efforts in the college. These suggestions include： creating favorable conditions for counselors, establishing a scientific employing system and strengthening the educating and training efforts to ensure the counselors＇ role as political and ideological instructors.
