摘要
我国发展绿色物流具有理论上的可行性与现实的紧迫性,我国的物流基础设施的绿色化水平不高,信息技术落后,管理体制不畅,同时全社会缺乏绿色物流意识及物流人才。为促进绿色物流的发展,政府应通过立法工作加强对绿色物流的倡导,制定绿色流通政策,实施联合一贯制运输和一体化物流,开展共同配送,强化绿色流通加工,加强物流企业的合理规划。
In our country, developing Environment logistics has theoretical feasibility and practical exigency. The Logistics basic installation is in a lower level of environment currently, the information is behindhand and the administration system is blocked in certain extent. Environment logistics awareness and logistics talents are lacked in whole society as well. For promoting the development of Environment logistics, government should strengthen the initiating to Environment logistics by legislative method, formulate Environment circulation policy, apply intermedal transportation transportation and integrate logistics, carry out delivery in common, consolidate the Environment circulatien precessing, strengthen the reasonable plan to logistics corporations.
