Application of modem teaching methods in physical education is a mutual process in which students and teachers communieate and develop together, and is also a mutual activity of teaching and learning. By means of combining multi-media teaching with physical teaching,it gives full play to students themselves and arouses their initative in learning to improve physical teaching.
