浅议房地产抵押登记工作中存在的问题

本论文简要阐述了房地产抵押登记的作用,在探寻该工作存在问题的基础上,提出了通过业务流程重组,加强信息化建设来推动房地产抵押登记工作,降低抵押登记工作的风险。

The paper simply defines the function of the real estate＇ s mortgage register. Based on the problems of work, it prposes to promote the work by restruturing the process, enhancing the construction of information , and decreasing the risk in the mortgage register.
