摘要
根据力反馈电液伺服阀的频率响应实测数据,来辨识该伺服闭的频率特性,从而建立其动力学模型.本文提出两种辨识方法;其一,通过控制理论频域分析来确定传递函数;其二,采用Levy法进行模型辨识.在此基础上,对二者所得结果进行了归一化类比.
According to the really measured data of frequency response of electrohydraulic nowservo valve with pressure feedback, we can identincate the valve' s transfer characteristics,then build up the dynamic model. This paper presents two identification methods. one is usins frequency analysis to establish the transfer function, the other is using Levy-methods to identificate the model. On this base, analogy between the two results has been fulfilled.
