摘要
将工序尺寸和工序废品分为两类；对两类工序尺寸及其超差品的特征、产生原因和处理办法进行了讨论；同时对两类工序尺寸所要求的工序能力指数提出了新的见解．
In this peper process dimensions and process wastes are divided into two categories and thefeatures, the emerging reasons as well as the handling methods for above mentioned tWo categoriesare discuss. Meanwhile, a new idea is proposed for the index of process ability demanded by thetwo categories of process dimensions.
