摘要
目的探讨汉族人群中脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)基因(GT)n二核苷酸重复多态与精神分裂症阴性亚型发病之间的关系。方法采用病例对照研究,应用聚合酶链式反应结合变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PCR-PAGE)分析方法,分析56例汉族阴性亚型精神分裂症患者中BDNF基因(GT)n二核苷酸重复多态性的分布,并以186名正常人作为对照。结果精神分裂症阴性亚型患者的BDNF(GT)n等位基因及基因型频率与正常对照组无显著性相关。结论在本研究中BDNF(GT)n基因多态性与精神分裂症阴性亚型无关。
Objective To explore the relationship between (GT)n dinucleotide repeated polymorphism of the brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) gene and onset of negative subtype schizophrenia in Chinese. Methods The (GT)n dinucleotide repeated polymorphism of the BDNF gene was genotyped in 56 patients with negative subtype schizophrenia with polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). The control group consisted of 186 normal Chinese individuals. Results No significant difference were found between negative subtype schizophrenia and the controls in genotype and allele frequencies of dinucleotide repeated polymorphism of the BDNF gone. Conclusion Genotype and allele frequencies of dinucleotide polymorphism of the BDNF gene were not correlated with negative subtype schizophrenia.
