摘要
目的研究药物依赖患者大脑皮层的超微结构变化。方法对24例不同的药物依赖患者中的7例在立体定向手术时取右侧脑额叶脑皮层组织,用日立H600透射电镜观察其超微结构变化。结果脑皮层组织中的神经细胞、胶质细胞、神经突触、髓鞘等出现Galgi器发达、脂褐素沉着、内质网扩张、线粒体变性、空泡形成等变化,呈慢性变性、缺氧、坏死等改变。结论药物依赖是一种慢性中毒性、缺氧性脑疾病。
Objective To investigate histopathological changes of the cerebral cortex in the patients with drug dependence under electron microscope (EM). Methods Among the 24 patients with drug dependence, 7 received stereotactic surgery, during which sample tissues were obtained from right frontal lobe cortex and then observed on its histopathological changes in ultramicrostmcture using Hitachi-H600 electron microscope. Results The prosperous Galgi's organ, lipofuscin pigmentation, endoplasmic reticulum dilation, mitochondria degeneration and vacuolization were observed in neuron cells, colloid cells, synapse, and myelin sheath under electron microscope. Conclusion The drug dependence is a brain disease combined with chronic intoxication and hypoxia.
