The Interaction of Economy and Culture: An Analysis of the Carriers of the Sustainable Development of Yunnan Culture Industry

文化产业是国民解决了温饱问题后迅速增长的文化需求催生的产业,是工业化和城市化发展的产物。云南是个城乡差距很大的西部经济欠发达地区,城市化率较低,多层次的文化消费市场尚未形成,但文化资源非常丰富。因此,将文化产业发展和地方经济相结合,找寻多元载体,是云南文化产业可持续发展的现实问题。

Culture industry is an undertaking which emerges after the common people have enough to eat and wear and long for some cultural needs and it is a product of urbanization.Yunnan is an economically underdeveloped province in west China where there exist great differences between the city and the countryside with a slow pace in urbanization.Though rich in cultural resources,Yunnan has not formed cultural markets at different levels.Thus,the balanced development of industry and local economy and the creation of various carriers of culture industry will help the sustainable development of Yunnan culture industry.
