巩膜外垫压术治疗单纯型孔源性视网膜脱离

Scleral buckling surgery for treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment

目的探讨巩膜外垫压术治疗单纯型孔源性视网膜脱离的疗效。方法对2000年至2004年住院的28例(28眼)视网膜脱离病人行巩膜外垫压结合巩膜冷凝术,封闭视网膜裂孔治疗。结果术后随访中27例视网膜复位,1例视网膜脱离复发。1次手术成功率96.43%。术后随访两个月以上,视力≥0.3的有20眼,其中≥1.0的有7眼。结论巩膜外垫压结合巩膜冷凝术治疗单纯型孔源性视网膜脱离效果满意。本手术应用于早期手术的视网膜脱离,或者视网膜裂孔不复杂的病例,术后视力恢复好。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic outcome of scleral buckling surgery in patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment （RRD）. Methods Twenty-eight eyes with RRD were treated with scleral buckling combining with scleral cryocoagulation. All patients were followed up for at least 2 months. Results Twenty-seven eyes achieved retinal reattachment. Only one eye was detached at follow-up examination. The operation success rate was 96.43%. There were 20 patients whose visual acuity got to 0.3 during more than 2 months of follow-up. Among them 7 patients achieved 1. 0. Conclusion Scleral buckling combining with scleral cryocoagulation for RRD achieves satisfactory efficacy and can be used in the treatment of RRD.
