摘要
目的探讨超声诊断胎儿肢体畸形的临床价值。方法应用彩色多普勒超声仪,对2004年1月至2005年4月在我院超声科产前检查的3182例孕妇,行胎儿常规、尤其肢体的全面扫查。结果在3182例受检中发现8例胎儿肢体畸形,其中先天性桡骨缺如2例,海豹肢畸形1例,软骨发育不全2例,先天性手内翻畸形3例。结论应用超声全面扫查可以对胎儿的多种肢体畸形做出较准确的诊断。
Objective To review the diagnosing value of ultrasonography for fetal limb deformity. Methods Color Doppler ultrasonography was used to scan the limbs of fetuses in 3182 pregnant women undergoing prenatal ultrasonographic evaluation in our hospital from January 2004 to April 2005. Results Eight out of the 3182 fetuses were found to have limb deformity, in which congenital absence of radius was found in 2 cases, phocomelia in 1 case, achondroplasia in 2 cases, and congenital club hands in 3 cases. Conclusion Ultrasonographic evaluation of fetal limbs is a reliable and accurate diagnostic technique by scanning fetal limbs from longitudinal and transverse sections.
