心脏瓣膜置换术后康复训练的影响因素分析

目的分析影响心脏瓣膜置换术后康复训练的因素。方法术后24h对62例施行心脏瓣膜置换术的患者进行康复训练,分三阶段进行,康复训练过程对患者进行观察与评估,找出影响心脏瓣膜术后康复训练的不利因素。结果影响康复训练的因素有疼痛/不舒适、焦虑/恐惧、体力不足、知识缺乏等。结论心脏瓣膜置换术后康复训练均存在不同程度的影响因素,这些不良因素相互影响,互为结果,阻碍康复训练的顺利进行,护士应全面评估患者情况,分别采取相应的措施,帮助和指导患者顺利进行康复训练。

Objective To discuss the effect of convalescence training on the patients after cardiac valve replacement. Methods 62 patients with rheumatic heart disease and after cardiac valve replacement were chosen. The convalescence training was divided into three stages. The effects were evaluated by observation and questionnaire. Results The pain, discomfort, anxiety, dread, stamina insufficiency, and lack of medical knowledge affect the convalescence training. Conclusion To some extent, many factors affect the convalescence training on the patients after cardiac valve replacement.
