摘要
结合目前对专科护士(CNS)基本概念的各种理解和一些国家、地区培养与使用CNS的做法,提出CNS的岗位定位及学历要求和以下建议:①采用“专科护士”作为CNS的岗位称谓。②区分专科护士与“在某一专科工作的护士”。③现阶段,我国高级临床护士(APN)的培养应以CNS为主。④现阶段,对CNS学历要求应符合护士队伍学历结构的实际情况,今后逐步提高要求。⑤不宜根据学历把专科护士划分为两个层次。
The article discussed various cpinions on the concepts of clinical nurse specialists （CNS） in China and the training of CNS in some countries,and proposed that：①those nurses should be called “clinical nurse specialists”;②the CNS should be distinguished from nurses who work in some certain specialty;③the culture of APN should be focused on CNS currently;④the educational requirements for CNS should fit the realistic educational structure among nurses and improve them gradually in the future;⑤the CNS shouldn＇t be divided into two ranks simply based on their educational backgrounds.
