分级管理模式病房和普通病房护士工作满意度对照分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的:探讨分级管理模式病房与普通病房护士工作满意度水平及影响因素。方法:采用MuellerMccloskey满意度量表(MMSS)对三级甲等医院3个模式病房护士和3个普通病房护士发放调查问卷,数据采用t检验进行统计学分析。结果:分级管理模式病房的护士总体满意度与普通病房有显著差异,在自主性和胜任感方面有高度显著性差异,其中,模式病房与普通病房执行护士的满意度差异尤为显著。降低了陪床率(包括护工的使用率)。结论:分级管理模式明确了护理专业性定位,体现出护士工作的知识性、技术性。因此,有效应用护理人力资源管理的方法,能够确保病人生活质量及护士对病人病情的及时观察和护理,提高整体护理质量。 Objectives: To find out the job satisfaction level among nurses working in management in different levels wards and general wards and to find out its influence factors. Method:Surveying nurses working in three wards managed in different levels and three general wards using MMSS. T test was used when analyzing the data. Results: job satisfactory level of nurses working in wards managed in different levels was significantly different with those working in general wards,especially in aspects of work decision making and work competence. Managmaent in different levels debased the acocmpany rate (including the rate of using Hu Gong). Conclusion: Management in different levels model definitudes the specialty of nursing, embodies the characters of knowledge, technology, and skills of nursing care. So, using method of nursing human resource management effectively can guarantee the life quality of patients and can ensure nurses to observe illness state of patients and offer timely nursing care. All these are good to improving holistic nursing quality.
