Caspase-3在肾细胞癌中表达及其意义

Significance of Caspase-3 expression in renal cell cancer

目的探讨Caspase-3在肾细胞癌发病过程中的作用及其与细胞凋亡之间的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测51例肾细胞癌和12例正常肾组织中Caspase-3的表达;应用原位细胞凋亡检测TUNEL法检测肾细胞癌组织中细胞凋亡状况。结果Caspase-3在肾细胞癌中阳性表达率为51.0%,显著低于正常肾组织的83.3%,P<0.05。Caspase-3表达与肾细胞癌表达分期、分级、病理类型、淋巴结转移和肿瘤大小之间差异均无显著性,P>0.05。肾细胞癌Caspase-3阳性表达者细胞凋亡指数显著高于阴性表达者,P<0.01。结论Cas-pase-3表达减少导致细胞凋亡减少、与肾细胞癌发病有密切关系,但不是肾细胞癌有价值的标记物。

[Objective] To investigate the role of Caspase-3 in the pathogenesis of renal cell cancer and its relationship with apoptosis. [Methods] Immunohistoehemistical methods were adopted to examine expressions of Caspase-3 in 51 cases with renal ceil cancer and 12 cases with normal kidney tissue. Apoptosis in renal cell cancer was examined by TUNEL. [Results] 51.0% of positive expression rate was found in renal ceil cancer, which significantly lower than 83.3% in normal kidney tissue, P 〈0.05. There were not significantly association between Caspase-3expression and tumor stage, grade, pathological types, lymph node metastasis and tumor diameter, P 〉0.05. Apoptosis index of Caspase-3 positive expression was significantly higher than that in Caspase-3 negative expression, P〈0.01. [Conclusions] Abnormality decreased expression of Caspase-3 is involved in development and progression of renal ceil cancer by decreasing apoptosis, but it is not a valuable mark for tumor biological behavior.
