经尿道等离子切割前列腺增生术治疗体会

Treatment experience of transurethral plasmakentic vaporization of prostate for BPH patients

摘要 目的探讨治疗老年前列腺增生(BPH)的方法和疗效。方法采用经尿道等离子体前列腺切割术(TUPKVP)治疗BPH52例。结果术中出血少,无水中毒,无尿失禁发生;术后疗效满意,提高了高龄高危患者的生活质量。结论TUPKVP是一种新的腔内治疗BPH的创新方法,该术式具有安全性高、易掌握、并发症少及疗效确切等优点。 [Objective] To discuss the efficacy of transurethral plasmakentic vaporization of prostate (TUPKVP) for BPH. [Methods] Fifty-two BPH patients were treated by TUPKVP. [Results] Less blood loss and no water intoxication happened during the operation and no incontinence occurred after the operation. [Conclusions] TUP- KVP is a new treatment for the BPH patient. It has the advantages of safety, less complications and efficacy.
