摘要
目的探讨老年危重患者甲状腺功能的变化。方法对200例老年危重住院病人进行甲状腺功能测定,并对各种病种进行比较。结果T3有明显下降,与正常对照差异极有显著性(P<0.01);T4无明显变化,与正常对照无显著差异(P>0.05);TSH安全正常,与正常对照差异无显著性(P>0.05);各病种间T3、T4、TSH均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论各种老年危重病人T3均有可能降低,T3降低之因可能系各种危重病人应激过程中机体内分泌系统对疾病的一种代偿性保护反应。
[Objective] To explore variations in the functions of thyroid of the old pat/ents with mortal disease. [Methods] Determine the variations in the functions of thyroid of 200 inpatients with mortal disease and compare all sorts of cases. [Results] T3 came down significantly. Compared with normalcy, there was very remarlcable difference （P〈0.01）. T4 did come down obviously. Compared with hormalcy, there was a not clear difference （P〉0.05） but TSH was completely normal, compared with normalcy. There was not remarlcable difference （P 〉0.05）. both T3, T4 and TSH had not clear difference between different diseases （P〉0.05）. [Conclusion] T3 of all kinds of old patients who are seriously ill might drop. The possible reaseon is that there is a componsafery protective response of the endocrine system of all kinds of patients with stress response.
