On the Multi-Dimension of Judicial Justice

司法公正是法治的重要蕴涵,也是重塑法治必不可少的条件。司法公正是司法工作的最高理念,也是其它现代司法理念的核心。实体公正和程序公正是司法公正的基本内涵,未遵守正当程序的公正不能称之为司法公正。司法公正理念的实现必须是这两方面的结合,即通过司法改革进行物质层面的相关制度建构和对司法工作人员的法治精神进行培育。

Judicial justice is the connotation of rale of law and the basic law. Jadicial justice is the highest idea of judicial work and the core of justice, the realization of jusicial justice should be the combination of the Eystem and to cultiveta the spirit of rule of law of the judicial by jusicial condition of rebuilding rule of modem connotation of judicial two, that is, to consteuct the innovation.
