将话语语言学中信息结构理论应用于翻译实践,从而达到由交际信息量入手研究翻译的目的。研究表明,在实际翻译中正确传达语篇的语义重点是实现双语转换的前提。准确理解原文的信息分布,尽可能完整地、合乎思维规律地转换原文的全部信息,对处理译文的衔接与连贯也有实际意义。

The paper attempts to apply the theory of information structure of discourse linguistics to the practice of translation, so that the research into translation from the perspective of communicative information quantity will be achieved. The author indicates that accurate convey of semantic focus of the source text is the prerequisite of bilingual switching in translation. In addition, both the appropriate understanding of the information distribution of the source text, the optimization of the overall information in terms of completeness and logic of the text are significant in dealing with issues concerning cohesion and coherence in translation.
