“Y”形板在肱骨髁部骨折中的应用

Treatment of humeral Condylar fractures by Y-shapad plate fixation

目的探讨采用Y形钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁部骨折的疗效。方法本组17例肱骨髁部骨折,按AO／ASIF分类法:A3型5例,C1型14例,C2型5例,C3型3例,均采用Y形钢板内固定手术治疗。结果随访11～30个月,按改良Cassebaum评价,优11例,良4例,可2例,优良率88％。结论应用Y形钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁部骨折是一种较好的方法,可取得满意的疗效。

objective To discuss the outcome of humeral condylar fractures treated by Y-shaped plate fixation. Methods 17 cases with humeral condylar fractures were classified according to Ao/ASIF, A 3 in 5 cases, Cl in 14 cases, C2 in 5cases, C3 in 3 cases, All of the cases underwent open reduction and Yshaped plate internal fixation . Results All patients were followed up for 11-30 months, According to modified Cassebaum score, the result was excellent in 11, good in 4 and fair in 2, the excellent-good rate was 88%. Conclusion It is an effective method for humeral condylar fractures treated with Y-shaped plate fixation, The clinical outcome is satisfactory.
