摘要
以三氯硫磷、苯唑醇、6-氨基己酸为原料,采用三步反应,合成三唑磷半抗原6-[O-乙基-O-(1-苯基-1H-1,2,4-三唑-3-基)硫代磷酰胺基]己酸,经质谱和1H-NMR鉴定表明合成成功,为进一步制备三唑磷抗体奠定了基础.
This paper reported hapten synthesis and identification of the organophosphate pesticide triazophos. Thiophosphoryl chloride and phenylzole alcohol and 6-aminocaproic acid were employed as the main reactants to synthesize the triazophos hapten 6-(ethoxy (1-phenyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yloxy)phospho-rothioy-lamino) hexanoic acid, the product were confirmed by MS and 1H-NMR. The result showed that the hapten synthesis strategies and condition is suitable and will be contributed to antibody preparation.
