摘要
针对目前菜子分离蛋白生产得率偏低的现状,通过对等电点沉淀法和饱和硫酸铵法的研究和分析,探讨了提高菜子分离蛋白各组分蛋白得率及蛋白含量的途径。
The extraction ratio of rapeseed meal protein isolate is lower in production. Inthis paper, the precipitation and saturated ammonium sulphate methods were compared consequently to extract the rapeseed protein isolated. The results illuminated the ideal approach to improve the extraction ratio.
