摘要
利用高速逆流色谱分离纯化虎杖中的白藜芦醇。实验结果表明,选择溶剂体系为,氯仿∶甲醇∶水=4∶3∶2,均为转速850r/min,流速2mL/min,紫外检测波长280nm。所得产品经高效液相色谱测定,白藜芦醇得率为0.186%,纯度大于96%。
Resveratrol is purified by HSCCC from polygonum cuspidatum. The experiment results show that solvent system of chloroform : methanol : water = 4 : 3 : 2 was selected, rotate speed 850 r/min, flow speed 2 mL/min, wavelength of UV 280 nm. By HPLC, the yield of resveratrol was 0.186 %, the purity was 〉96 %.
