Prevention and Abatement of the Psychological Impediment into Readers

摘要 读者心理阻抗是图书馆在对读者进行服务时由于认识偏差,情绪波动,意志薄弱以及猎奇求异而出现的一种消极心理现象。应采取加强馆员与读者的情感沟通,根据读者实际选择教育内容,根据读者个性进行疏导以及提高认识,注重积极的心理调节,引导读者自我教育等方法进行有效的预防,直至心理阻抗的消除。 The psychological impediment into readers is one kind of negative psychological phenomena in the course of giving service to readers. The causes to poduce the negative pychological phenomena are to have a wrong understanding, to be in an anxious state of mind, to have a weak-willed and to seek novely and freshly. So we should use the methods of facilitating the flow of feelings between librarians and readers, choosing the conteats of education by readers' reality, dredging by the individual characters of readers, deepening readers' understanding, paying positive attentions to adjust one' s psyehnology and guiding readers to teach themselves, up to abatement the psychological impediment in stock.
