摘要
目的 研究绝经后妇女脂蛋白(a)[lipoprotein(a),Lp(a)]与骨代谢之间的关系。方法 选取60名绝经后妇 女,可排除影响骨、脂代谢疾病,按照脂蛋白(a)水平[高Lp(a)≥300 mg/L]分成高Lp(a)组(n=40,平均年龄 58.81±10.89岁)和对照组(平均年龄57.33±9.78岁),运用双能X线骨密度仪(dual energy X-ray absortiometry, DEXA)对研究对象腰椎正侧位、股骨进行骨密度测定,运用ELISA法1对血骨钙素(osteocalcin,OT)、尿I型胶原交 联N端肽(cross-linked N-Telopeptide of I collagen,NTX)及肌苷进行检测。结果 高Lp(a)组血骨钙素值偏高(P< 0.05),股骨总骨密度值偏低(P<0.05),Lp(a)与股骨多个部位骨密度负相关。结论 Lp(a)是影响绝经后妇女骨 代谢的一个因素,Lp(a)可能通过影响骨转换而影响股骨骨量。
Objective To study the relationships between lipoprotein (a) [ Lp (a)] and bone metabolism, in postmenopausal women. Methods 60 Chinese postmenopausal women who had no diseases affecting bone or lipid metabolism were divided into high Lp(a) group[high Lp(a) 〉or= 300 nag/L] and the control group. Their blood and urine samples were gathered. Bone mineral density (BMD) was measured at lumbar-spine and proximal femoral by DEXA (Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry). At the same time, biochemical markers, such as OT(osteocalcin), NTX (N-Telopeptide) were measured by ELISA. Lp(a) and creatinine were also measured. Results The levels of OT and BMD of total femoral bone were significantly lower in high Lp(a) group than that in the controls. The blood level of Lp(a) was negatively correlated with femoral BMD. Conclusion Lp(a) seems to be one of the major factors affecting bone metabolism in postrnenopausal women. It may affect bone mass by affecting bone remodeling.
