摘要
不少医疗纠纷都是由于医务人员的服务态度不能令人满意造成的。造成医患关系紧张的原因是多方面的,但医患之间沟通不够是一个重要原因。文章探讨了医患沟通的必要性,提出医方在与患方的沟通过程中,应解决5个方面的问题,即:我要沟通什么;我要和谁沟通;我为什么要沟通;什么时候沟通最好;在哪里沟通。期望有效缓解医患矛盾,为患者提供更优质的服务。
Many medical dissensions are caused by patients being not satisfied with health workers'servece attitude.There are a lot of reasons that cause tension of relationship between doctor and patient.Among of them,less communication between doctor and patient is an important reason.This paper discussed the necessity of communication between doctor and patient and put forward some issues that should be resolved during communication between doctor and patient from five aspects,which were as following:(1)what I should communicate;(2)whom I wil communicate with;(3)why I need communication;(4)when the communication is ;and (5)where the communication is .
