目的:描述50岁以上中老年人脊椎狭窄的有关CT表现及测量,探讨中老年人脊椎狭窄的特征。方法:采用CT横断面薄层扫描,并测量硬膜囊矢状径、黄韧带前间隙、侧隐窝宽度,分析它们与脊髓和/或神经根受压的关系。结果与结论:中老年人椎管狭窄多有椎骨小关节及侧隐窝狭窄,而黄韧带前间隙<5mm是神经根压迫较为可靠的依据。

Objective： Describe the performance and measurement of narrow acanthi on CT of the middie-aged person and the elderly above 50, and discuss the character of the narrow acanthi of them. Method： Folium scan in the transect with CT, and measure the spinal cord is in front and back the path, Ex-cleft in yellow ligaments, and the width of the side sinks the nest, and analyse the relationship between them and spinal cord or nerve-root pressing. Result and Conclusion ：The middle-aged person and the elderly of narrow vertebrate tube may suffer from small joint in spine and the side sinks the nest narrow and Ex-cleft in yellow ligaments 〈5mm is the reliable basis of nerve-root pressing.
