得宝松局封加喜疗妥霜治疗疤痕疙瘩的疗效观察

Dippospan Local Blocking Followed by Hiudoid Cream for Treating Keloid

目的:观察喜疗妥防治疤痕疙瘩局封后复发的疗效。方法:对46例疤痕疙瘩患者用得宝松局封后用喜疗妥霜外涂。结果:一年治愈率达52.2%有效率达78.5%。结论:喜疗妥对防治疤痕疙瘩增生与复发,止痒、止痛有较好得疗效。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of Hiudoid cream in treating recurrent Keloids pretrea- ted with dippospan local blocking , Method ： 46 cases of recurrent Keloid were treated in this way for 1 years . Results： The curative rate was 52.2% and total effective rate was 78.5%. Conclusion： Hiudoid cream has good effect for curing Keloid preventing recurrence . It also has antiprurtic and parin relieving effects.
